Are you in?

Year after year there has been tremendous growth in cosmetic procedures, both surgical and nonsurgical. The statistics from the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery for 2015 revealed that surgical procedures were up 7% and nonsurgical procedures are up 22%. Over the past five years this has represented a growth of over 39%.

What does this matter to me? If you have ever been sitting at a dinner table and wondering why the people around you are “aging gracefully”, it is most likely the result of maintenance procedures to keep them looking younger and better longer. Many patients think about cosmetic surgery as a fix for problems, but with the continued progress there are many procedures that are better considered as maintenance. The botulinum toxins and hyaluronic acid fillers are two great examples. However, there are many more things that can be done to keep you looking younger, longer.

So the next time you’re sitting at the dinner table and wondering why everyone around you may be looking at better, consider the fact that statistically many of the people sitting at the table with you may have already had something done to preserve their good looks!

Don’t wait.  It’s time to take control of your aging.  There are options for everyone.  Whether you simply want to get started on a skin care regimen that improves your skin to more advance techniques from spa treatments, to injectables, to surgery to peel away years from your appearance, there is something for everyone.  Almost every day someone says to me that “I didn’t know that could be done”.  Don’t rely on the internet or gossip, come see a professional.

I specialize in cosmetic surgery and as a plastic surgeon can address all areas of aging from the top of your head all the way to the bottom of your toes. If you are curious what might be available to improve your appearance, please make sure to reach out to us. We would love to see you in our office, but also offer virtual consults to at least give you an idea of what might be appropriate.
